Okay, now how can you stop all this acidic life and start living an alkaline lifestyle that is conducive to health, weight loss, and proper energy levels? Just do the following:
1.) Add more raw vegetables to your diet (at least 3 servings per day).
2.) Drink more fresh, pure water (preferably distilled)
3.) Try to eat mostly organic foods
4.) Exercise at least 3 times a week, preferably 5 times a week, and don’t exercise too much because if you push yourself too hard, you will actually reverse the benefits of exercise and make your body very acidic.
5.) Avoid all soft drinks.
6.) Avoid all white flour products and all white sugar products.
7.) Avoid Dairy Products Except Eggs
8.) Avoid Stressful Situations Whenever Possible
9.) Spend at least 5 minutes in the morning, 5 minutes in the afternoon, and 5 minutes at night thinking about all the blessings you have in your life.
10.) Practice some deep breathing exercises like those found in chapter 11 of Maximize Your Metabolism.
