Vitamin A is essential for hair growth and a healthy scalp. Vitamin A produces sebum, which is an oily substance that provides conditioning for the scalp. Beta-carotene produces vitamin A found in vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots, and broccoli.
Vitamin E will improve blood flow to the scalp and promote faster hair growth. Sunflower seeds and nuts provide you with vitamin E.
Drinking water is important to keep hair hydrated. Water removes toxins and helps get more nutrition for hair follicles. Your hair will become dry and brittle without an adequate amount of water. Water provides the necessary nutrients to the hair cells.

Do a deep conditioner once a week for 15-20 minutes.
