You will have more energy since these foods are natural foods that are alive and full of energy. Foods like beans, lentils, peas, and other legumes and seeds are all your body needs for protein and calcium, so don’t think you can only get these nutrients from meat and dairy, that’s all a myth.
If you can consistently reduce your caloric intake by 50% each day for 30 days, you will have no choice but to lose weight.
