Sure…in the modern world…most people are overweight or obese…statistics show us this. But of course, there are many people like you… who are skinny.
In short, almost every magazine, book, and website out there focuses on weight loss or fat loss. Rarely will any of them mention skinny and scrawny people. So I decided to write something about what YOU can do right now, so make sure you take advantage of the rest of this article like a hungry pitbull!
For starters… the reason most healthy people are skinny is because of our genes or our super fast metabolism. It’s a curse that most larger people don’t really understand…
The truth of the matter is… being skinny is no fun! You feel like a cane. People make fun of you for it. You are never picked for sports because you are weak and frail. Or the girls you like ignore you because… you’re too THIN! URRRGGGHHH!
So you’re stuck in skinny hell and there’s nothing you can do about it…
Really? Is that so?
YEAH! You can gain muscle mass. Yes! You can get definition in your framework. And it doesn’t matter if you are a woman or a man. If you don’t like the way you look… you can do something about it!
But keep in mind… there’s a whole different set of rules for skinny and skinny people.
I think I’ve said enough nonsense already… this requires you to keep an open mind and shut down all well meaning advice from your bodybuilder friends and fitness/bodybuilding magazines… because all that advice won’t work for skinny people like us.

WELL. Let’s start with 5 EXTRAORDINARY tips on how to gain weight: real muscle mass with definition… we’re going to gain 10 pounds in a fucking month!
One) There is no way around it. If you are serious about gaining weight, then you MUST eat! Like if tomorrow does not exist! So the first piece of advice is this: double your meals. It means what it says. If you eat a piece of chicken breast for lunch. Double it! eat two Force down! If you supplement your calories with a protein drink, double the protein powder… Same thing for every meal you eat from now on…
Two) Accept the food! Learn to love cooking and preparing delicious meals because you won’t have much of an appetite for sure! Eat every two or three hours! Be sure to eat your first meal within thirty minutes of waking up. Plan your meals. Get enough food at the supermarket. Prepare meals for a week so you don’t have to live in the kitchen… (unless you want to) — nothing wrong with that… ๐
Three) Eat like a Texan. Use large plates, large bowls, and large cups. Like I said, eat little and you won’t see the gains. You MUST overeat and stuff that food inside of you because no amount of super dumb special exercises or steroids will make your muscles bigger. You must FEED your body. It’s the only way to gain weight. Seriously, if you don’t understand now…
Four) Never, ever do this while exercising… HUNGRY!!! Eat before exercising. Eat while you exercise. And eat after exercising. And because? Because your muscles are working so hard…they need energy! If you deny your body that energy… well, your muscles will go ahead and steal the energy from your other muscles, without your permission! And you can take that to the bank. So if you’ve been training insanely hard for months on end with very little muscle gain… I bet donut bucks you’ve been training in starvation mode. Common sense just tells you that.
Five) Do not exercise first thing in the morning. Be sure to eat 2-3 meals BEFORE you exercise. A simple analogy would be this… Would you take a long drive into the mountains on a quarter tank of gas? Of course, no! That would be ridiculous. Well, the same is true if you show up to the gym with a body that hasn’t fully healed after a long overnight fast…
Do all of these things and there’s an EXCELLENT chance you’ll quickly gain 10 pounds of hard muscle in a month.
